UniFirst President and CEO, Ronald D. Croatti, joined the Company in 1965 under the tutelage of his father and Company founder, Aldo Croatti. Throughout the next thirty years he gained valuable, first-hand experience by working in virtually all areas of the Company, excelling in service, sales, operations, and management, before being named an executive. Since Mr. Croatti became the Company's President in 1995, UniFirst has more than doubled its revenues. In 2008, the Company succeeded in achieving Mr. Croatti's goal of exceeding annual revenues of $1 billion. Although a publicly-traded company (NYSE-UNF), UniFirst continues to foster a family culture that extends to its more than 200 operating locations and 10,000 employee-Team Partners. Mr. Croatti is a graduate of San Diego State University and has been Chief Executive Officer of UniFirst Corporation since 1991.
